It’s becoming Desert season since it’s trying to cool down now here in Southern California. This is the time that my husband and I start planning trip to the Anza Borrego Desert. We love to camp down there at the Bow Willow camp ground. We’ve been camping there for years and at a variety of different places. The hiking out there is unbelievable. We like to do a little boulder hopping as well. Until you get out there and really see what it has to offer you probably wouldn’t know the beauty of it. It has so much life and color. There is such a variety of plants out there. There’s Ocotillo cactus, Bow Willow trees, Barrell cactus, Jojoba, Creasoe bush just to name a few. In the Spring the Desert flower bloom is incredible. Thousands of people from all over just to see it,
The different variety of birds is wonderful. Their always singing and sound happy. It is such a peaceful place to be. Away from everything and sometimes you get the whole place to yourself. The night sky is one of the most spectacular scenes I have ever experienced. There are no distraction when you look up. No city lights, no car lights. So the stars pop out like crazy. One of the best places for Star Gazing. So bring your telescope or just watch the sky from your chair.
So just a trip to the Desert and look around and I know that you will see the beauty in it as well. Just taking a drive through the Desert is a good way to enjoy it also.
I want to Thank each one of you for visiting my Website. With out all of you it wouldn’t survive!!
